Bob Gleason,
President & CEO
Bob brings to RedTail more than 25 years management experience in a wide range of entrepreneurial high tech businesses offering logistics software, software development tools, Internet consulting services, high-performance networked-based business applications and supply-chain integration solutions.
Prior to RedTail, Bob was the founder and CEO of Riverton – a software tools and Internet professional services provider. Before founding Riverton, he was vice president of sales and marketing at Easel Corporation, where he contributed to helping the company achieve a successful public offering in the early ’90s.
Before Easel, Bob brought to market one of the industry’s first warehouse management systems at Distribution Management Systems, which was subsequently acquired by Cullinet. Early on, Bob began his high tech career as a consultant for International Data Corporation.
Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Brown University and a master’s degree in business administration from the Harvard Business School.
Sean Kelley,
Vice President,
Operations and Product Development
Sean has over 15 years of operations management experience (Technical Support, Professional Services and consulting, training and fulfillment) for EDI and Supply Chain Management organizations. He was an early member of the DNS team, an EDI software and services company later acquired by TIE Commerce, where he was responsible for developing the technical support function.
Most recently, Sean was Senior Manager for Engineering Support at Kewill Solutions, North America, where he was responsible for providing escalation support to a total customer base of over 50,000 customers using Internet-enabled e-Commerce shipping applications.
Sean has a unique combination of technical capabilities, customer support and domain expertise that will serve RedTail customers well as we scale operations and maintain the highest level of service.
Chris Brunelli,
Director,
Sales & Business Development
Chris brings over 15 years of high tech sales and leadership experience to his position as Director, Sales & Business Development at RedTail Solutions focusing on offerings integrated to Microsoft Dynamics. During his career he has held a variety of strategic and territory management positions focusing on direct and channel oriented sales strategy and execution within start-up environments.
Most recently, he held the position of Major Accounts Manager at Juniper Networks. He joined Juniper as part of the acquisition of Redline Networks, where he served as Regional Sales Manager. He was Territory Manger at Micromuse, which he joined as part of the acquisition of RiverSoft.
As an early member of Adlex Corporation (later acquired by Compuware), Chris grew the New York Metro territory and facilitated product development efforts within large accounts. He began his career at Cabletron Systems (now Enterasys), where he held positions including inside sales and outside sales with responsibilities for large enterprise financial accounts.
Jeffrey Franklin,
Director of Sales and Business Development
for Sage / Accountmate
Since co-founding RedTail in 2000, Jeff has played an integral part in the development of the RedTail’s flagship managed EDI service – from its design and development, to its implementation as part of a total electronic trading solution for middle-market businesses. He brings more than 20 years of expertise in the understanding of manufacturing systems that include electronic data interchange
Jeff transitioned from VP of Product Development to Director of Sales and Business Development to focus RedTail’s sales in the Sage and AccountMate markets. Prior to founding RedTail Solutions, Jeff was IT Director for RBI, where he developed and implemented a collaborative system for new product development in addition to his general responsibilities for RBI’s IT strategy and systems.
